Students will remember this project for years to come. I still remember growing a peanut plant at school in second grade. I'm sure it helped me develop a love of growing things which has lasted a lifetime.

Will they make drawings of their plants? Will these plants be taken home or planted at school?

This would work well with a related field trip.

This is very age appropriate and connects so well with K course of study.
I love the power point.
Very well put together.

No real questions.

Good job!

Comments:
1. Great Job integrating technology into a Kindergarten classroom
2. Liked your power point on plants
3. Great way for kindergarten to be introduced into technology
Questions:
1. Will you have to teach the children how to use a digital camera?
2. Can the students also draw how the plant is growing and scan it into your document or photo story?
Suggestion:
1. Maybe a photo story with pictures as the plant grows

Great Job!

3 C's: Nice PowerPoint! Great modifications of (INTEL)more advanced project for kindergarten. Great student sample!
2 Q's: Where does the patience come from with kindergarten? I admire that! They scare me! How do you constantly acquire materials for hands on projects, since more is needed for kindergarten?
1 S: I also like the suggestion from Janet to make the PowerPoint interactive.

-Great idea!
-I know your students will enjoy learning watching the plants grow.
-The veggie art was a wonderful and fun idea to incorporate!

Will the students work together on the brochure?
What will your instruction look like?

You could incorporate your "FarmTown" to teach about plants! :)
